MESSAGE FROM THE TEACHER
Welcome to Mount Doug Dance!.
I have had the privilege of teaching this program and the many amazing students who have been a part of it since 2005. My goal has always been to improve dance skills within a positive and fun atmosphere. I hope that students look forward to their dance class each day and that dance creates long-lasting highlights of their high school experience, as well as skills that will serve them for the rest of their life.
I have been dancing since the age of 4, when I first took ballet at Wynne Shaw Ballet Academy. I started choreographing not long after that at the age of 7, and have continued dancing and choreographing ever since. I have trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, contemporary, modern and lyrical. I am still studying dance as a member of the adult competitive dance class at Dansko Studio.
Dance has always been my passion and I feel very honoured to share it with my students. I hope you will come and join us!
Mrs. Morson, Dance Teacher
